We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

returns (Non-Custom Items)

You can return eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Custom Items

Because custom-printed clothing is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or the item created is incorrect against the original order instructions.

How to Return

Email info@ironbjorn.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
